Where The Action Is Going on Regular Season Win Totals
by Sportsbetting.com - 08/15/2007

Preseason is in full swing and that means that there is just a few weeks to go until the regular season starts. That means you are running out of time to get your NFL regular season win total bet in.

Here's how SPORTSBETTING.COM bettors are laying their money down thus far. It seems as if most bettors are giving most of the teams on the board more credit than our oddsmakers have.

  • The Raiders has the lowest win total on the board at five, yet have garnered the most action by players. Almost 10 percent of SPORTSBETTING.COM bettors feel that they will finish above five wins this season.
  • Bettors are also high on the Browns as 9.5 percent of SPORTSBETTING.COM customers think they will win more than the 5.5 games we have them listed at.
  • Two teams are tied for third place among most betting action at 9 percent: Kansas City, over 7.5; and San Francisco, under 7.5.
  • SPORTSBETTING.COM players are putting their money behind three teams with the highest win totals: New England, Indianapolis and San Diego with 11.5, 10.5 and 10.5 respectively. The handle on these teams has been more than double on the over for what it has been on the under.
  • SPORTSBETTING.COM has taken the Atlanta Falcons off the board because of Michael Vick's current legal troubles.
