Minnesota Wild Odds to Win the Stanley Cup Championship
Last year, the Minnesota Wild made a historically big splash in free agency when they signed Zach Parise and Ryan Suter to massive 13-year deals. Now is when they need to start to see the return from those deals. Last year wasn’t a disaster, but grabbing the final playoff spot then rolling over against the Blackhawks in the first round was not the reason they made the deals. The oddsmakers at Bovada are somewhat more optimistic this year — the Wild are 20/1 to win the Stanley Cup at Bovada, which puts them in the top third of the league. Keep checking below for the latest odds, though, because that number could change. The team didn’t make dramatic changes this year. The most intriguing move was grabbing Nino Niederreiter, the fifth pick in the 2010 draft, from the Islanders for a relative bargain. Niederreiter hasn’t panned out yet, but the upside is high.
