2005 US Open Odds

Pinehurst No. 2, Pinehurst, North Carolina

June 16-19, 2005 on ESPN and NBC.

Below list the 2005 US Open Odds. The Championship is being played in North Carolina and depending on the weather, this could be one of the most challenging courses that the USGA offers. It is a par 70, with 52 fairway bunkers and 57 greenside traps.

The last time the US Open was played at Pinehurst was in 1999, when Payne Stewart defeated Phil Mickelson to win the championship by one stroke. The next year, Stewart was tragically killed in a plane crash and was unable to defend his title.

The following lists the players current odds to win the US Open. Also included in the US Open Odds page is head-to-head match-ups between two individuals. The player with the highest finish after 72 holes wins or if one player fails to make the cut he would automatically lose.
