Like Tony Soprano picking up and envelope of cash, betED is giving sports bettors a chance to pick up their own piece of the action with Proposition Bets for the 59th Annual Emmy Awards, which will be given out Sept. 16 in Los Angeles.

The Sopranos, which ended its six-season run on HBO earlier this year, leads all series with 15 nominations, including Best Drama, and is expected to pick up several awards.

Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson in TNT's The Closer, Mariska Hargitay as Detective Olivia Benson in NBC's Special Victims Unit, Patricia Arquette as Allison Dubois in NBC's Medium, and Minnie Driver as Dahlia Malloy in FX's The Riches.

There are 27 categories in the primetime Emmys. Of the 54 nominations for comedy and drama programs as well as lead and supporting performers, 33 were not included among last year's nominees - a rate of 60%.
