5-Unit Play World Cup Take Brazil -135 over Japan (1 p.m. EST, Monday June 29) (Graded after regulation time - 90min - plus injury time - if game ends in a DRAW we have a LOSER)
We think Brazil is underrated in this World Cup and most pundits say they don’t have what it takes to advance far, but we don’t agree and think they have a decent chance to win the whole thing. Everyone talks about Japan’s 3-2 comeback win in a friendly over Brazil in October (they were down 2-0 at halftime) but Brazil is now in a lot better form and the stakes are higher here. Japan earned five points in the group stage but they had an easy group and were lucky to comeback for a draw against Netherlands. We think their luck runs out today.
2-Unit Play World Cup Take Netherlands +130 over Morrocco (9 p.m. EST, Monday June 29) (Graded after regulation time - 90min - plus injury time - if game ends in a DRAW we have a LOSER)
Morocco is not as good of a side as the one that went far in the last World Cup and they should end their Cup here against a Netherlands side that quietly had some of the best form in the Group Stage. Morocco allowed too many goals in their last match against Haiti, and it was concerning as they allowed two goals to one of the worst sides in the Cup. Netherlands have much more quality and this price has value as Morocco is getting too much credit for past results.

4-unit Netherlands (-160) vs. Morocco June 29th, 9:00 P.M. FOX /Telemundo/FOX One
We're in the Netherlands, a side entering the Round of 32 with superior form, deeper talent, and a far more cohesive tactical identity after topping their group with 7 points and 10 goals. Ronald Koeman has them balanced through Van Dijk's stability at the back and an attack driven by Gakpo, Depay, and Brobbey, giving them multiple reliable routes to goal. Morocco showed resilience, but this matchup forces them to raise their execution to a higher level against a Dutch squad built on European league depth, knockout experience, and consistent control of tempo. With the Oranje's ability to dictate possession, exploit set pieces, and counter with precision, the Netherlands holds the clear edge to advance.

3-Unit Play. #225509/225510 Take 'Over' 2.5 (-140) Germany vs Paraguay (4:30 pm, Mon, June 29)
Germany is a big favorite here but Paraguay is likely to get on the board here as well and that is why I feel this is an exceptional value on the over 2.5 considering a Germany win by at least a 2-1 count seems logical here. Paraguay got blasted by USA to open up the tournament but then had a couple of lower-scoring matches. However, Germany won't allow this to turn into a grinder. Germany has had, including friendlies, 8 straight matches total at least 3 goals! This one takes the run to 9 in a row as Germany will have a forward attacking approach here and that could leave them vulnerable on the counterattack but also they score well in this one. 3* OVER 2.5 -140 Germany/Paraguay
4-Unit Play. #225513/225514 Take 'Over' 2.5 (+120) Netherlands vs Morocco (9 pm, Mon, June 29)
Very interesting as Netherlands has the attacking talent to give Morocco trouble but this Netherlands club is certainly weak at the back. This is their issue and you know Morocco will take advantage. Morocco had a couple tight low-scoring matches but then exploded in a 4-2 win over Haiti and I expect some carryover from that one right into this one. Also, Netherlands is certainly up for an open match. They are off back to back wins by a combined 8-2 count and this followed a 2-2 draw. The goals have been flying in their matches and I trust them on the attack but not defensively. All signs pointing to a 2-1 final here at least and that is why we'll take advantage of the plus money on this one. 4* OVER 2.5 +120 Netherlands/Morocco

5 Unit Play. Take #225506 Brazil -135 over Japan (1p.m., Monday, June 28 FOX) 3-way wager. Brazil must win after stoppage time. If they go to extra time or lose this play loses.
Brazil is very polarizing among soccer experts for this World Cup. Many believe they are not as strong as their past squads, and some believe they can win the World Cup. I feel they are not as strong, but they have enough talent to beat a Japan team in the Round of 32. Brazil is coming off back-to-back 3-0 wins. Japan has not looked that good with two draws and one win and I do not feel they will be up to this challenge playing Brazil in Houston. Play the chalk in this game as Japan will be without Takefusa Kubo for this game.

3-Unit Play: Take Brazil -150 over Japan (1 p.m., Monday, June 29)
Brazil enters this match on the heels of back-to-back 3-0 victories, and Vinicius Junior is in top form. I expect Brazil's attacking quality to be too much for Japan to handle. The quality of Japan soccer improves every year but has never won a World Cup Knockout Stage match and will also be without Takefusa Kubo, one of its most dangerous attacking players. I'm backing Brazil to get the job done in Monday's early match. Thanks and GL! Scott Spreitzer.
