To say that not many fans had the #11 seed Tennessee Volunteers advancing this far would be an understatement. Most people had their brackets turned in before the Volunteers beat Iowa late last Wednesday night to get in the "2nd round". Michigan on the other hand is doing what they did last year once again this year, hoping to avenge their championship loss.

After needing an overtime win versus Iowa just to make the field of 64 Tennessee has went on a run on the tournament's opening weekend. Those who have backed UT so far have won money after a 19 point opening round win over UMass as six point favorites and then beating Mercer by 20 when favored by 8.5. Cuonzo Martin's team has a multitude of players that can beat you as three guys have scored over 20 points this tournament.

John Beilein's postseason mastery is once again on display for the Wolverines as they won straight up and ATS in both games of the opening weekend. A 57-40 win over Wofford was paced by Nik Stauskas and Glenn Robinson III, who combined for 29 points for the -15 lined Wolverines. The dynamic duo was at it again Saturday combining for 31 and being aided by Jordan Morgan's 15 points and Caris Levert's 14 to dominate Texas 79-65 as 4.5 favorites.

The oddsmakers have given Tennessee credit for their impressive run by making Michigan only -1.5 favorites for the 7:15ET game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
