The Fighting Irish are off a win but that was against Valparaiso and it followed Notre Dame having lost 8 of their last 9 games and many of those were blowout losses. It looks like their top starting pitcher Jack Radel likely goes on Saturday and until he is on the mound again this Notre Dame team should be faded. The Irish are at a starting pitching disadvantage Friday as it looks like it will be Mendes (2.29 ERA) facing Hirsch (5.54 ERA) and this one should be a home blowout. 7 of the last 8 Notre Dame losses by at least 2 runs and the Seminoles are the much stronger team plus they are at home and with a pitching edge. Lay it! 4* FLORIDA STATE -1.5 (-115)
