Atlante is new to The Liga and they were promoted from Liga MX Expansion and also they took on Mazatlán’s infrastructure when that side was disbanded after last season. They have been impressive with points in three of four matches so far. They have played a lot in Mexico City, where they reside, but this will be a tough road tilt for them. The last time they went on the road outside of Mexico City was their only loss of the season, to Necaxa, a team that is much worse than Tigres.
