2026 PGA Picks: RBC Heritage Odds and Expert Betting Predictions

It was another near miss last week as my pick of Cameron Young to win The Masters fell short, when he faded on the back 9 at Augusta on Sunday, allowing Rory McIlroy to win his second consecutive Green Jacket.
This week, the PGA Tour will head to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina for the RBC Heritage, which is scheduled to begin on Thursday, April 16th, and will conclude on Sunday, April 19th.
Given that this tournament is being designated as a “Signature Event”, the playing field is once again stacked with the top players in the world. The most notable absence this week is McIlroy, who will sit this tournament out after his Masters Tournament win.
As always, my article will break down and preview this event by providing you with a brief course overview, the outright odds, and my best bets, which will include one outright winner and two top finish prop bets.

The Course
The RBC Heritage will be played at the Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head, South Carolina. This course is a Par 71 and measures 7243 yards. It consists of 11 Par 4s, four Par 3s, and three Par 5s.
The Harbour Town Golf Links course was designed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus and opened in 1969. Further, it has hosted the RBC Heritage tournament on the PGA Tour since its opening.
The course is known for its fairways being narrow and greens being small, putting an emphasis on driving accuracy and iron play.

Best Bets
Russell Henley to Win (+1750)
My best bet to win the RBC Heritage this week will target Russell Henley. The former Georgia Bulldog has had an excellent season to date, posting three top 10s in eight events. This includes a T8 at the American Express, a T6 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and, most recently, a T3 at The Masters last week.
He looks to be a fit for this course, as he is 5th in Driving Accuracy on the PGA Tour this season, 17th in Strokes Gained: Putting, 7th in Scoring Average, and 11th in Birdie Average. On top of that, Henley has had a ton of success at this event, finishing T9 in 2021, T19 in 2023, T12 in 2024, and T8 in 2025.
Henley last won on the PGA Tour at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in 2025, but given his success at this event in recent years, backing Henley to win the RBC Heritage will be my best bet.
Patrick Cantlay to Finish Top 20 (Including Ties) (-125)
My first top finish prop pick will look for Patrick Cantlay to finish inside the Top 20. Cantlay has had a decent season thus far, making six cuts in eight events. He has four Top 20 finishes this season, including his last two starts in a row, that being a T7 at the Valspar Championship and a T12 at The Masters.
More importantly, Cantlay has played tremendously at the RBC Heritage in his career. In the eight times he has played this event, dating back to 2017, he has seven Top 20 finishes and one missed cut. These results include the following: T3 in 2017, T7 in 2018, T3 in 2019, MC in 2021, 2nd place in a playoff in 2022, solo 3rd in 2023, T3 in 2024, and T13 in 2025.
Given that Cantlay seems to always play at a high level during this event, backing him to finish in the Top 20 is my play.
Jordan Spieth to Finish Top 20 (Including Ties) (-104)
My second top finish prop pick will be for Jordan Spieth to finish inside the Top 20. Spieth has had an up-and-down season, but found something at Augusta last week for a T12 at The Masters. He now has four Top 20 finishes this season, which include a T12 at The Genesis Invitational, a T11 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, and a T11 at the Valspar Championship.
Despite some lackluster finishes this season, Spieth has had success at this event in his career. He has finished in the Top 20 in three of the last four years, which includes a Win in 2022, a 2nd place finish in 2023, and a T18 in 2025.
While his Driving Accuracy has been below average this season, Spieth’s familiarity with this course makes backing him to finish inside the Top 20 my play.
