On Monday night, the Phoenix Suns will be going up against the Toronto Raptors in a game between two of the highest scoring teams in the NBA. The Suns were able to win both of their games against the Raptors during the 2013-14 season.
The Suns won their fourth game in a row on Saturday night when they beat the Indiana Pacers 106-83 on the road. They shot well from beyond the arc on that win, making 12 of their 31 three-point attempts.
Through 14 games, the Suns have been able to score over 105.2 points per game. Point guard Isaiah Thomas has played very well for the Suns so far this season, averaging 15.4 points and 4.2 assists per game. Big man Miles Plumlee has only scored 5.8 points per game, but he does lead the team in rebounding with 6.5 boards per game.
On Saturday night, the Raptors won their fourth straight game when they blew out the Cleveland Cavaliers 110-93 on the road. They only made 40 percent of their shots in that win, but they also only turned the ball over eight times.
The Raptors have been one of the best all-around teams so far this season and currently in the top five in both scoring and points against. Their top player has been shooting guard DeMar DeRozan, who is averaging a team-high 20 points per game while grabbing 4.4 rebounds per game.
