The AdventHealth 400 is one of the premier events in the NASCAR Cup Series, showcasing thrilling racing action and intense competition among some of the best drivers in the world. As a whole, fans can expect high speeds, strategic pit stops, and adrenaline-fueled battles for position throughout the race. The event typically takes place at one of NASCAR's renowned tracks, offering fans an unforgettable experience as they witness drivers push themselves and their cars to the limit in pursuit of victory. With the stakes high and the competition fierce, the AdventHealth 400 promises to deliver excitement and drama from start to finish.

Dover was a bruising affair and after the tight racing of last weekend, the move to an intermediate oval racing is welcoming. This race was added to the circuit in April of 2012. This track is 1.5 miles long and likely won't be a replay of the race at the Fort Worth oval. That said, those that raced well in the Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 400 will probably be some of the same drivers that you can expect to perform well this weekend. Drivers that did well at Texas Motor Speedway are likely looking forward to getting back on the track Sunday.

While Texas offered 20 and 24 degrees of banking in the corners, Kansas offers only 15 degrees. Even with those differences, the similarities afford us the opportunities to look at some of the same drivers that did well there, to do it again in Kansas City. Kansas is a true tri oval, while Texas is a quad oval, but both are "D" shaped tracks that will make the handling of the cars very similar. You'll also notice that both tracks are worn down and older than many of the others, making tire preservation a crucial factor to consider. No matter the outcome, we should see an exciting race where the winner might surprise us. Through 11 races, there have been seven different winners and that has made this quite the exciting season so far.

Denny Hamlin was able to hold off Kyle Larson from a late race surge to earn his third NASCAR Cup Series victory of the young season. With this win, Hamlin has put himself at the top of the playoff standings with 361 points. Out of the 400 lap, Denny Hamlin led for 136 of them which led the field and put him on the path to victory. It was a very exciting day with 12 lead changes and nine different drivers leading the way and different points of the contest. There were also five cautions throughout the afternoon.

With the win, Denny Hamlin has secured the top spot in the playoff standings with 3 wins and 361 points. Next in line is William Byron with 3 wins and 348 points in the campaign. Kyle Larson is in 3rd with a win and 410 points while Chase Elliott and Tyler Reddick round out the top 5 with 377 and 354 points respectively.

I look for that to be this Sunday against a Browns team that is just playing out the string. Cleveland currently sits at 3- 10 and will enter this game having lost 4 of their last 5 games. Their only win came against Pittsburgh in a snow game on a short week. All 4 of those losses by the Browns have come over the posted number for this game. Kansas City is better on both sides of the football, and I just do not see the Browns offense keeping pace.
