DOC'S SPORTS NHL is smoking hot with a 5-0 run the last four nights and easy 7-Unit winners Monday and Tuesday with the ‘under’ in Game 4s from both the ECF and WCF. They are now up more than +7,300 on the season and they will be back on Thursday with a 7-Unit prediction from Edmonton-Dallas Game 5!

DOC'S SPORTS SOCCER has picked up nearly +2,700 the last six release nights (5-1 run) and they hit their 7-Unit play on Sunday from their Specialty League, Liga MX. MLB Prediction From Nick Menken:

Take Philadelphia over Atlanta (6:45 p.m., Thursday, May 29)

We have our third and final game of this series between the Atlanta Braves and the Philadelphia Phillies here tonight. For the Braves, they will have their southpaw on the mound in Chris Sale here tonight. Currently, on the season, Sale is 2-3 on 47.2 innings of work and has an ERA sitting at 3.36. In his last outing against the Padres, he went 7 innings of work with 4 hits and only 1 earned run. While the Phillies will have Christopher Sanchez on the mound with a 4-1 record this season. An ERA just over three, sitting at a 3.17 ERA on the season. His last start was against the Athletics, where he only went 4.2 innings of work, 7 hits, and 2 earned runs. The Phillies are home in this series, and even though Chris Sale will be on the mound here on Thursday in Philly. I like this offense for the Phillies to step up in a big way before their weekend series against the Brewers. The Phillies are currently 3rd in team batting average as a team in the MLB. MLB Prediction From Strike Point Sports:

Take San Francisco over Miami (7 p.m. Friday May 30)

San Francisco will go from playing one of the best teams in baseball in the Tigers to one of the worst in the Marlins, and I think they will be able to get the win in the first game of this series. Kyle Harrison will be making just his second start of the season as he builds up his arm strength and is allowed to throw more pitches, but I think San Francisco will be prepared to use their bullpen as they have a day off Thursday. Harrison has been effective so far as he has allowed 4 earned runs over his 9.1 innings pitched and I think he will be able to limit the Marlins who are one of the lowest scoring teams in the National League. Cal Quantrill has had an up and down season as he is 3-4 with a 6.09 ERA over 10 starts with Miami winning three of his last four starts. However, Quantrill has had a tough time going deep into games as he hasn't made it through 5 innings in three of his last five starts and I think he will have a hard time doing that in this contest against the Giants lineup. Detroit has dominated this head-to-head series of late winning six of the last seven with the lone loss coming by just one run. The Tigers go with starter Casey Mize in this one and Mize is having a breakout season in 2025 posting an ERA if 2.45 ERA. He shut down this Kansas City offense last time out allowing just 1 earned run in 7 innings of work back a little over a month ago. Soccer Prediction From Doc's Sports:

Take Inter Milan (+240) over Paris Saint-Germain (3 p.m., Saturday May 31)

Just can’t pass up these big odds for the underdog. We will be taking a little on Inter plus the half a goal as well, and that line is -150 as of this writing. But we will put a unit here on Inter to win outright as this is a very public line in favor of PSG. The final will take place at a neutral site in Munich, and Inter have experience here in the final, as they lost to Manchester City just two years ago. They have a better squad this time out and they can lean on that experience to get over the hump here. Inter are looking to add their fourth Champions League trophy to the trophy case. Inter had a tougher road to the final and they are unbeaten in eight straight Champions League matches. This price is too good to pass up, as we feel there will be an upset here on Saturday. MLB Prediction From Robert Ferringo:

Take Cleveland over L.A. Angels (4 p.m., Saturday, May 31)

I am now 49-20 (71%) with my last 69 Doc’s Sports newsletter plays. We have racked up 75 of 107 wins in this space (70%) and I am 120-60 (67%) with my newsletter plays over the last 180 weeks. Here we have a chance to bet against Kyle Hendricks again. And we should savor it since this is probably Hendricks’ last season in the Majors. The Angels are just 2-6 in his last eight starts overall and Hendricks has been bad all season long. He has a 5.23 ERA and has surrendered at least three runs in seven of his last eight outings. Cleveland starter Logan Allen should be in bounce back mode after getting touched up for five runs at the Tigers in his last start. Allen is making just his fourth home start of the season and has been exceptional in two of them (0 ER in 10.6 innings). He also has just a 2.70 ERA in starts following one in which he gave up four runs or more. Throw in L.A.’s struggles against left-handed pitching and the fact that the Indians should be angry after a series loss to the Dodgers and I think Cleveland is set up to wreck this weekend. MLB Prediction From Griffin Murphy:

Take N.Y. Mets (-2.5) over Colorado (1:40 p.m., Sunday, June 1)

New York is presently 33-21 on the year and 2nd in the NL East. New York is a dominant 20-6 at Citi Field this season, on a 3-game winning streak and dominating across all cylinders. Colorado is the worst team in the MLB right now, with a season record sitting at 9-45. Colorado is 3-23 on the road, 2-8 in their last 10 games, and has now lost 3 consecutive games once again. Colorado is 29th in the league when it comes to offensive runs scored per game and 30th when it comes to runs against, allowing 6.4 runs on average. I expect New York to pound Colorado in the Sunday afternoon matchup and keep stacking on this insane home record burst.
