2020 Super Bowl Cross Sport Props: Predictions and Analysis
Every year, Super Bowl cross-sport betting props are released, and they get crazier and crazier each year. The ideas that oddsmakers come up with become more enticing and really convince people to make bets on these cross-bet props. Here are just some of the large selection pool for Super Bowl Cross-Sport Prop Bets. Here are also some 49ers vs. Chiefs betting tips .
LeBron James and Anthony Davis total points in the Lakers' Saturday night game at Sacramento (-1.5) vs. Deebo Samuels receiving yards (+1.5) -110
LeBron James and Anthony Davis average almost 52 points per game. In the first two games of the playoffs, Samuel had less than 50 yards receiving in both games with just five receptions in total in two games. The Kings have allowed 110 points per game, while the Lakers average 113.5 points per game. Who knows how many times the 49ers will throw the ball? James/Davis is the more likely bet in this one.

Zion Williamson total points Sunday against Houston (+0.5) vs. Raheem Mostert rushing attempts (-0.5) -110
In my running backs prop bets article , I said Mostert will at least get 20 rushing attempts with Coleman out of the game. Zion is on a minutes restriction and still scored 21 points in his most recent game against the Celtics. If the 49ers are leading in this game early, Mostert should get a lot of touches. I expect the 49ers to win this game myself and would never bet on Williamson, who isn't healthy just yet.
Iowa Hawkeyes total points -110 vs. George Kittle receiving yards (-0.5) -110
It's hard to take any 49er when it comes to receiving yards. Will one player likely break out a big receiving play? Probably. The Super Bowl works in mysterious ways. Will it be Kittle? Who knows? Kittle's receiving yards prop is 76.5. In seven games, Kittle has recorded yardage of 86, 79, 134, 67, 17, 79, 57. Take away 134 and 17, and Kittle averages 73.6 yards per game.
Kansas City's defense has been very good against tight ends this season. If Kittle gets 74 yards receiving, that would be the second most yards allowed by the Chiefs to a tight end this season.
The correlation between Kittle and Iowa is that Kittle went to college at Iowa. Iowa will face a very impressive Illinois team on the day of Super Bowl Sunday. Iowa is currently projected to score 77 points as they have the No. 1 offensive efficiency in the Big Ten with the fastest tempo. I'd take the average of 77 points from Iowa over Kittle's average of 73.6 yards.
Bubba Watson final round longest drive (-30) vs. Patrick Mahomes passing yards (+30) -110
Here's a good one. Bubba Watson will be competing in the Waste Management Phoenix Open and currently leads the PGA Tour in driving distance, averaging over 315 yards off the tee.
Mahomes is averaging 290 yards passing per game this season, including the playoffs. If you add 30 yards to Mahomes' total, he'd have 320 passing yards, which would be more than Watson's average driving distance of 315. It's a very close cross-sports prop, but Mahomes seems like the better play by five yards. Who thinks of these?
At sportsbooks, you will find a lot of Golf/Super Bowl and NBA/Super Bowl cross-bets. Choose wisely and break down each bet like you would normally do. Come to a conclusion as to why a player might exceed his average and stick with it. Good luck!
