DOC’S SPORTS NHL was one of the nation’s best handicappers last season and they helped their clients earn nearly +7,200 on the season. They look to have an even better season in 2025-26, and they have put in the offseason work to make that happen! Doc’s NHL will rarely release a favorite above -150, and they concentrate on value underdogs, slight favorites and totals. They feel that they have an amazing read on some teams heading into the season, and they are several steps ahead of the oddsmakers, who will be releasing many weak lines with their hands full with football season. Doc’s expects to get off to a hot start, and Early Bird Specials are now available!
ROBERT FERRINGO did it again! He banked another +1,000 in football last year and that is now six of seven winning football weekends. Robert has brought home around +2,700 the last two weeks and dating back to last October he is on an electrifying +11,840 football run. Robert has chalked up 15 of 22 winning football weeks dating back to last season and will have a 7-Unit College Football Play Saturday and a 6-Unit NFL Play Sunday. Robert is one of the top football bettors in the country, producing a jaw-dropping 11 of 16 winning years on the gridiron. He has beaten the books for 7 of 10 winning football years and between 2010-2019 he was good for more than +40,000 in cash.
Robert has also racked up THREE straight winning hockey seasons and has been one of the top NHL handicappers in the country over the last two decades, burning the books for 11 of 16 winning years. Robert erupted for a +7,810 hockey rush last season and does it with a methodical, selective approach focusing on plus-money situations. Robert has experienced sustained, long-term success and is going for winning year No. 4 in a row.

He is having an excellent MLB season with his top plays, banking +10,570 on all plays rated 5.0+ on the diamond. College Football Prediction From Raphael Esparza:
Take ‘Over’ 55.0 TCU at Arizona State (9 p.m., Friday, Sept. 26)
A little shocked that his total dropped in a hurry. This total opened at 56.5 and as of Tuesday evening the total is now 55 in the Mountain America Stadium in Arizona. The last time we saw TCU on the road they threw up 48 points against the North Carolina defense and in their first 3 games the Horned Frogs are averaging 41.6ppg. I know the Sun Devils are at home and their team defense is really good but look for TCU to put some points on the board. In Arizona St’s last 8 games as a favorite, 6 of them have gone 'Over' and I see both teams having no issue scoring in the high 20's. College Football Prediction From Robert Ferringo:
Take #138 Syracuse (+5.5) over Duke (Noon, Saturday, Sept. 27)
Easy win with Miami last week and I am now 55-30 (65%) with my last 85 Doc’s Sports newsletter plays. We have racked up 81 of 123 wins in this space (66%) and I am 126-71 (64%) with my newsletter plays over the last 196 weeks. I have no idea why Duke is favored here. I know Syracuse quarterback Steve Angeli is out for the year. But it’s not like he was some superstar and I don’t think there is a major drop-off to backup Rickie Collins, who was competing with Angeli this fall for the starting gig. The bigger question is: are the Blue Devils any good? They got demolished by Illinois and they lost at Tulane. They beat a middling N.C. State team. But the Blue Devils were outgained by over 110 yards in that contest while benefitting from a +4 turnover differential. Syracuse has won three straight and just dismantled Clemson. They have won seven of their last eight games dating back to last season, and their lone loss was a closer-than-the-final-score defeat at the hands of Tennessee. The Orange can play. They are tough at home and they are riding a wave of momentum. I think that this line movement is a huge overreaction to the Angeli injury and I don’t expect Duke to go on the road and just bulldoze a game Orange squad. College Football Prediction From Scott Spreitzer:
Take #201 Ohio State (-8) over Washington (3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27)
I'm backing the Buckeyes on Saturday afternoon. The line dropped from as high as 10 to as low as 8 in a couple shops on Sunday and sits 8 and 8.5 at the time of this writing. I had OSU power rated 11.5 points better than the Huskies in Seattle and the move the other way has put me firmly on the defending national champions. OSU has 3 RBs averaging over 120 yards rushing. QB Sayin has a 79% completion rate. And good luck defending Smith & Tate at wideout. Add a pair of excellent Tight Ends to the mix and I'm betting Washington's defense will wear down. UW wants to run first on offense but I don’t believe it'll work well against this defense. I'm recommending a play on Ohio State on Saturday. College Football Prediction From Scott Rickenbach:
Take #134 Iowa (+) over Indiana (3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27)
Your CFB complimentary selection from Rickenbach for this weekend! The Hawkeyes have moved from +8.5 to +7.5 as of Tuesday afternoon. Indiana is 4-0 but the first 3 wins before crushing Illinois were fully expected. Off ultra-impressive win now as they just crushed Illinois in a huge home win but now they go on the road for the first time this season and are playing at Iowa, which is not an easy place to play. The Hawkeyes only loss so far this season was by 3 points and that was on the road at rival Iowa State who also enters this weekend 4-0 just like Indiana! Iowa was fortunate to hang on at Rutgers as the Scarlet Knights got to them through the air but still the Hawkeyes gutted out a tight road win and now are certainly happy to be back home. They will bring some momentum home from them after that road win last week. This is certainly a value spot at +7 or more. Per the above, this looks like a great spot for the home dog to stay inside the generously high point spread here. College Football Prediction From Doc's Sports:
Take #124 Northern Illinois (+3) over San Diego State (3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27)
This is a classic letdown spot for the Aztecs, flying to the Midwest for a 2:30 p.m. start against a mid-major. SDSU is coming off their best performance in years last Saturday night at home. They clobbered Cal and I just do not believe they are that good. This line is inflated after they beat Cal 34-0, but this is the same team that also got pounded on the road against Washington State. The Huskies are coming off two big game losses and they will be ready to take on a similar team at home on Saturday afternoon. Northern Illinois will win or take this game down to the wire and we will cash a free play for a fourth straight week. Soccer Prediction From Nick Menken:
Take Arsenal (+115) over Newcastle (11:30 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 28)
Arsenal has a rock-solid defense that has withstood the early season barrage of fixtures, and this is a great chance to grab them in the underdog role. Their attack is rapidly improving, and it won't take much for them to pick up all three points at St. James Park. Newcastle has a busy schedule ahead of them, and fatigue will already be a concern despite it being early in the season. With only three goals in four Premier League games, it feels difficult to imagine Newcastle breaking down the mighty Arsenal defense. Saliba is expected to be back for this game too, and three elite center halves in North London means that Arsenal will only need one goal to secure the win. It is surprising to see a plus money price on the title challengers, but we have no complaints as we will scoop them up before it's too late. NFL Prediction From Jason Sharpe:
Take #261 Cleveland (+9) over Detroit (1 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 28)
The Detroit Lions are in a tough spot here at home in this one. The Lions are on a short week after coming off a huge emotional win on Monday night over Baltimore. Cleveland has been sneaky good this year as they have gone toe to toe especially on the defensive side of the football against some very tough competition (Baltimore, Cincinnati w/Joe Burrow and Green Bay). This is too many points. Take Cleveland plus the number. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports sign up now and get $60 in premium member picks click here. MLB Prediction From Griffin Murphy:
Take San Francisco (-1.5) over Colorado (3 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 28)
San Francisco is presently 77-79 on the year, 38-37 at Oracle, and coming off a win. Colorado is now 18-57 on the road, 3-7 in their last 10 games, and has the worst record in baseball. Colorado is 21-39 post-All-Star break, 18-42 during day games, and 30th in baseball when it comes to ERA. San Francisco is sitting with a 32-33 day game record and absolutely has the upper hand in this matchup. Let's take the Giants here at -1.5, as we believe this to be a blowout matchup. NFL Prediction From Strike Point Sports:
Take #272 Las Vegas (-1) over Chicago (4:25 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 28)
The Bears have been a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde thus far this season as they looked great for a bit versus the Vikings, then terrible, awful versus the Lions, and then solid against a Cowboys team (who lost CD Lamb early). Now, Chicago goes on the road to play against a Raiders team that needs to take advantage of all their winnable games now that the Chargers are already 3-0 in the AFC West. The Raiders have a decent schedule for the next three weeks so they can put together a nice little run here, but it has to start with this game. The Bears defense will be overrated after this Cowboys game after giving up only 14 points, but that was due to Lamb's injury and two big Cowboys turnovers in the redzone (a Dak INT and a Javonte Williams fumble on the first drive). Take the home team. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports sign up now and get $60 in premium member picks click here. Offer expires at 6 p.m., Friday, Sept. 26.
NHL Futures Prediction From Doc's Sports:
Take New Jersey Devils ‘Under’ 100.5 Season Points (-115)
The New Jersey Devils season derailed last season because of injuries, and that has been the story for this injury-prone squad the last two seasons. Goalie Jacob Markstrom was injured in late January, and the team never really looked the same the rest of the season even though he returned after a month, with the season-ending injury to Jack Hughes further compounding the Devils tailspin to finish the season, that ended to the Carolina Hurricanes in five games in the postseason. This team had the players and the division to weather these injuries, but they weren’t able to make any headway and finished third in the Metro Division and only two points ahead of the Columbus Blue Jackets. This was the worst division in the NHL and could be again, and the Devils looked like the cream of the crop in the first half of the season. However, they haven’t been able to put together a full season the last two years, and they already have key injuries entering the season. If they stay healthy, they could earn over 100 points, and only one team last season, the Washington Capitals, earned that distinction in the Metro. But we think there a better chance that this team is once again inconsistent, and it is doubtful they will enjoy perfect health throughout the year. The Rangers should be back in the playoff mix this season and the Blue Jackets could continue their upward trajectory, so it’s doubtful the division will be as bad as it was last season. We think the Devils will be a playoff team again, but we don’t see them as one of the top teams in the league or a division winner in 2025-26. We think there is value in the under, and sharp bettors have already been hitting this one. We bet it when the odds were released, and we would recommend that you do the same.
