Free College Football Prediction From Raphael Esparza:
Take 'Over' 46 San Jose State at UNLV (11 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 21)
I know San Jose St offense has been M.I.A. in their last two games, but they had to go up against some tough conference defense, and the last time I checked UNLV does not have a top ranked 'D'. The Spartans offense will have no problem scoring Thursday night, and I see UNLV as well putting up points. With UNLV defense allowing an average of 35 ppg, it wouldn't shock me to see this total move to 47 or higher by Thursday night. Free College Football Prediction From Doc's Sports:
Take #343 Clemson (+3.5) over Pittsburgh (3:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 23)
It has been quite some time since the Tigers have been an underdog in an ACC game, but that will happen today at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, PA. The Tigers have been playing strong defense all season long, and getting around a field goal may come into play even if they do not win this game straight-up. Clemson is 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games as an underdog. Pittsburgh is 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games played during the month of October. Take the underdog and expect this game to go down to the wire. Do not miss out on Doc’s Sports weekend football card, highlighted by another strong slate of selections from the Big Ten. Free College Football Prediction From Jason Sharpe:
Take ‘Under’ 51.0 Northwestern at Michigan (Noon, Saturday, Oct. 23)
The Northwestern Wildcats are coming off arguably their top performance of the season last week, winning 21-7 over Rutgers. In what has been a down year so far for Northwestern, it is looking more and more like they have figured some things out defensively as they've allowed just 7 points or less in 3 of their last 5 games. Defense is where the Wildcats know they have to be dialed in if they want to keep things close as that's been their recipe for success of late as they have gone below the total in 8 of their last 11 games. On the other side of things, we have a Michigan team that's coming off a bye week last weekend, so they should be a lot more healthy and well rested for this game. The Wolverines are a perfect 6-0 overall to start this season, and much of their success so far has been tied to a defense that's allowed 17 points or less in 5 of those first 6 games. Michigan will take on undefeated rival Michigan State next week, so I don't think the Wolverines will show much here in this one and instead they will likely try and get out of here with a clean victory as they come into this game around 23-24 point favorites. These two teams also usually play lower scoring affairs when going up against each other as they have combined to average only 35 points scored in their last four head-to-head meetings. Play 'under' the total in this one. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free College Football Prediction From Robert Ferringo:
Take #342 Virginia Tech (-3.5) over Syracuse (12:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 23)
Last week was another easy free play winner with Virginia demolishing Duke. That is now three of four free play newsletter winners, and we are 6-2 on the football season with our football free plays. This week I’ll go back to the Commonwealth and look for the Hokies to get a blowout win over an emotionally drained Syracuse team. The Orange have played four straight games decided by exactly three points. That includes their overtime loss to Wake Forest two weeks ago and their primetime home loss to Clemson last Friday night. I don’t know what they are going to have in the tank for this one. Syracuse has played five of its last six games at home. Their lone trip away from home was to Florida State, where they lost to a bad Seminoles team. Blacksburg is a tough venue. And Virginia Tech is playing their fourth straight home game. They have lost the last two and are 0-4 ATS in their last four games. I think that they are due and that the Orange are due to have their 5-0 ATS streak broken. Take Virginia Tech. Free College Football Prediction From Doug Upstone:
Take #377 Oregon (+2.5) over UCLA (3:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 23)
No. 10 Oregon travels to Pasadena to take on UCLA for this afternoon matinee on ABC (3:30 ET). The Ducks might be 5-1. However, other than their impressive victory at Ohio State, they are 2-4 ATS and largely unimpressive. UCLA is 5-2 SU & ATS and the strength of Chip Kelly’s club is in the trenches, where they are 17th in rushing nationally and 9th against the run. This explains why the Bruins were moved from a PK to -2.5. Normally, I like a team that can win the line of scrimmage. However, Oregon does often rise to the occasion under coach Mario Cristobal, and the Ducks will exploit UCLA’s 123rd ranked pass defense for the minor upset. Free College Football Prediction From Arun Shiva:
Take #407 USC (+7) over Notre Dame (7:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 23)
Notre Dame (5-1 SU, 3-3 ATS) and USC (3-3, 3-3) have both had an extra week to prepare for each other, and there’s no doubt they will not be looking past this game. Notre Dame has won their last four home games against USC and are 7-point favorites over the Trojans. However, we think USC has value here as the Trojans have the 11th rated passing attack in the nation, and that’s not good news for an Irish secondary that ranks 87th. The Irish offensive line is suspect as well. They have one of the most talented running backs in the nation in Kyren Williams, and he’s only been able to average 2.8 yards per carry. Yes, Notre Dame has a decent defense at 55th in the country in YPG, but USC puts up 32.2 points per game (7.9 more than Notre Dame gives up), and racks up 86.9 more yards per game than the Irish allow. We think USC can hang tough here as this is likely a 3- or 4-point game. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free NFL Prediction From Strike Point Sports:
Take #453 Carolina (-3.5) over New York Giants (1 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 24)
We have officially jumped ship on the Giants. We took the Rams last weekend, and they covered easily; the Panthers will do the same. The Giants are a mess. Their ownership stinks, their GM stinks, their coach stinks, and due to injuries their team stinks. The Daniel Jones concussion was worse than people thought, and to be honest he should not have played last weekend. This team is going to continue to be one of the worst in the NFL for the remainder of the season. The Panthers haven't done well recently, but they are considerably better than the Giants. Carolina played Dallas to an eight-point game, had a narrow loss to Philly, and took the Vikings to overtime. They should right the ship this weekend and smack the Giants. Take the road favorite in this one. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Existing clients call or email today and we will give you a discount on premium package. Call 1-866-238-6696 or email service@docsports.com and mention newsletter discount. Free NFL Football Prediction From Allen Eastman:
Take #473 New Orleans (-5) over Seattle (8 p.m., Monday, Oct. 25)
I will go with the road team in this one. Seattle has really struggled without Russell Westbrook. They lost the second half to the Rams and then lost last week at Pittsburgh. New Orleans is coming off a bye week. I think that Sean Payton will have a solid game plan to handle Seattle’s offense with Geno Smith. I also think that the Saints will have a sharp offensive game plan. The Saints are No. 9 in the league in rushing offense, and they are going up against Seattle’s weak No. 30 rushing defense. The Saints are No. 2 in rushing defense and No. 3 in scoring defense, and I like them to control the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball in this game. The Saints are 11-3 ATS in their last 14 games against teams with a losing record, and they are 36-15 ATS in their last 51 road games. New Orleans is 17-7 ATS as a road favorite, and they are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games against the Seahawks. Take New Orleans in this one.
