DOUG UPSTONE has been on a steady run for almost 50 days, amassing over +5,100 in profit going across all sports. Upstone enters the NBA playoffs on a sharp 29-16 (64.4%) run, up +3,250. That has been the norm for Upstone this time of year. The hockey playoffs won’t start until Monday, but Upstone is poised to build on six straight 7-Unit winners (+4,200) and have another winning Stanley Cup campaign. They dominated the Cardinals on the road and then got rolled at home by San Diego, before sneaking by Cincinnati. Now they are back on the road, and I think they will get back on a roll by dominating Kansas City. They are set to go up against Kris Bubic in this one. The Braves have been the best team in the Majors against lefties so far, hitting .336 as a team. Bubic has been good. Too good. This is a guy coming off a season in which he sported a 5.58 ERA, yet he has only allowed two total runs in two starts. I think he’s going to get touched up here. Take Suns Over Clippers In Series (Starts Sunday, April 16)

This is a little tricky to figure out without knowing the availability of Paul George for the Clippers. Currently, there is no timetable for his return, but rumors persist he could be ready to play Games 3 and 4 when the Clippers are home, which is likely to add another week of rest and rehab for George. Nonetheless, to expect him to be 100% on offense or defense feels like a real stretch. When Kevin Durant and Devin Booker have played together, the Phoenix offense has an excellent flow, and both are making an effort to not just be scorers but get everyone involved, which broadens the Suns’ offense. The Clippers’ defense misses George. And seeing they don’t have a true rim protector, DeAndre Ayton should have a strong series and become that crucial third scorer that is needed in the playoffs.
