NFL Season Leaders Odds and Best Bets

Fantasy football lovers and NFL future bettors unite! The 2025 NFL regular season is just weeks away. With your drafts approaching, I'm sure you guys have strong opinions about which skill players will put up the most significant numbers.
Fortunately, we aren’t here for fantasy football. I want to share with you today some cumulative odds and best bets for NFL season leaders that will last you the entirety of the regular season. Quite a bit of thought and research goes into a bet like this, including offensive line rankings, coaching and coordinator changes, as well as projected win/loss records.
For example, would Joe Burrow still have led the NFL in touchdown passes in 2024 had his team not been playing from behind more times than not? What about if they had a healthy backfield? He probably would have won the MVP, but that’s neither here nor there.
The Baltimore Ravens’ Lamar Jackson finished second in the NFL with 41 to Burrow’s 43 TD passes.
Will we see a rookie starting quarterback lead the league in interceptions? I believe it’s a good possibility. Last season, Kirk Cousins and Baker Mayfield each threw 16. This isn’t that many when you think about it. The great Peyton Manning launched a record 28 in his first year in the league.
We have best bets for several other skill position season leaders as well. Let’s dive in!
Best Bets for NFL Season Leaders
Doc’s Sports offers NFL expert picks for every game on our NFL predictions page.
Cam Ward Most Interceptions: +900
We hinted about this one in the opener. The Tennessee Titans' first overall draft pick, Cam Ward, has a talented arm with athleticism in his legs. Maybe his lower body saves him from throwing 20+ INTS, but Ward's team has seemingly committed to handing him over the reins in Week 1.
Add in that their offensive line was absolutely abysmal a year ago. Their preseason grade is about middle of the pack, but I’ll believe it when I see it. The Titans have a long way to go and a long time to get there.
This season is about letting Ward make the mistakes he needs to grow into the superstar he can be.
CeeDee Lamb Most Receptions: +600
The Dallas Cowboys’ CeeDee Lamb has the name recognition of a superstar, but people don’t talk about him in the same breath as Justin Jefferson or Ja’Marr Chase. I believe that bothers him.
There is no greater ego on the field than at the wide receiver position. Lamb has longed to have a legit #2 receiver on the field to take some of the attention off of him. Now that George Pickens is in town, the middle of the field just opened up wider than all sides.
Dak Prescott will be back, and even when the team is mediocre or worse, they always put up big numbers in the passing game. Maybe Pickens takes some of the touchdowns and yardage away from Lamb, but as teams will be forced to defend over the top, Prescott will find his best friend on the first and second levels with regularity.
Bijan Robinson Most Rushing Touchdowns: +900
Bijan Robinson of the Atlanta Falcons was just three rushing scores away from leading the NFL in 2025. This was with a gimp at quarterback, the aforementioned Cousins, who, as we said, led the league in picks.
Had he thrown five fewer interceptions, Robinson would have likely had 2-3 more scores on the ground. Believe it or not, there was a lot to love about the Falcons in 2024. Their offensive line, in particular, was and is projected to be one of the top units in the league.
As Saquon Barkley and Derrick Henry continue to age, as well as share scores with their quarterbacks, Robinson is entering his prime. Add in the fact that the team will likely lean on him in the red zone with an inexperienced QB, and we have a solid bet at 9-1 for him to score the most touchdowns on the ground.
Matthew Stafford Most Passing Touchdowns: +1600
Speaking of strong offensive lines, the LA Rams may have the best unit in the NFL this season. Marred by injuries in 2024, the hogmollies are healthy again, at least for the time being.
Matthew Stafford was and is one of the best pure passers in the NFL.
Yes, he lost Cooper Kupp, but the team brought in Davante Adams. I like his size and experience in the red zone to complement the apparent peak of Puka Nacua. Let’s not forget about the electric Tutu Atwell over the top, as well as offensive mastermind Sean McVay returning to the team once again under the headset.
Stafford has excellent value here at 16-1 to throw the most touchdowns in the NFL.
