We're going to be very aggressive this week with our college basketball service if you are looking for a big run here in January. Take 'Over' 5.5 N.Y. Islanders at N.Y. Rangers (1 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13)
The New York Islanders have been an OVER machine of late, and there's no reason to jump off the trend now. Only one of their last six contests have featured less than six goals. Both teams will be coming off of a five-day bye period when they match up on Saturday. Defenses and goaltenders are usually a little behind after long breaks, so I expect there to be plenty of quality scoring chances in this one. Take North Carolina over Notre Dame (6 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13)
The Irish stole one at Syracuse in their last game and escaped a game they easily should have lost. But SU didn't take advantage of Notre Dame's injuries and key players out. I expect North Carolina to not commit that same mistake. And while the Tar Heels look to be a bit shaky with their 1-2 ACC start, this is UNC at the end of the day. They have the talent. Mike Brey won't have Bonzie Colson for this one, and that could mean a big edge on the glass and inside for North Carolina. There will be a sense of urgency for Roy Williams' team as they simply do not want to fall further off the pace atop the league with three undefeated league teams, the Irish included amongst them. South Bend is a tough place to get a win, but considering UNC will be chasing a much-needed win and the Irish not at full strength, it's a great opportunity for the road team here. Take #304 'Under' 47.5 Tennessee at New England (8 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 13)
The Tennessee Titans know the only chance they have to win this game is to keep the scoring down and not try and get into a shootout with the champions. They will likely have the same type of game plan here that they used very effectively in their wild-card upset win over Kansas City last week. Look for a ball possession type of offense from the Titans with lots of short safe passes and a heavy dose of running the football to keep the clock moving and the potent Patriots offense off the field. New England started the season off by putting up a ton of points while allowing almost as many on the defensive side of things. Things have really changed over the last 12 games. The biggest difference has come on the defensive side of the football as the Patriots come into this one having allowed only 15 points per game over those last 12 while also going below the posted total in 9 of those 12 contests. Take #306 Pittsburgh (-7.5) over Jacksonville (1 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 14)
The Pittsburgh Steelers will look to advance to back-to-back AFC Championship Games for the first time since the 94/95 seasons when they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh on Sunday afternoon. The Steelers have posted a perfect 4-0-1 ATS record in their last four Division Round playoff games and they have gone an excellent 11-5-2 ATS in their last 18 playoff games overall. They have also covered the number in seven of their last eight playoff home games and they are an impressive 13-4-3 ATS in their last 20 games played in the month of January. The Jaguars, on the other hand, have struggled a bit in the spot they are in here as they have gone just 1-5 ATS in their last six playoff road games and they have failed to cover the number in seven of their last nine games following a game where they allowed 15 points or less. Throw in the fact that the Steelers are rested and that they will be playing with a bit of revenge after losing at home to the Jags by a score of 30-9 back in Week 5 in a game where Big Ben threw five picks and we're going to lay the points with them here in a game that we have them winning by double digits in the Steel City on Sunday afternoon.

Take 'Under' 45.0 Minnesota at New Orleans (4:40 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 14)
I nailed another 7-Unit NFL 411 Play last week with New Orleans getting the job done in the first half over Carolina. It was a rare first half play from my system. But that game went exactly as I thought with the Saints jumping out big early and then letting the Panthers in the back door. This week I will be releasing my final 7-Unit NFL 411 Play of the season on Sunday in the Divisional Round. I also like this total play this weekend and I think that this one is going to be a winner. These are two of the best defensive teams in the NFL. The Saints are No. 10 in points allowed at just 20.4 per game and the Vikings allowed are No. 1 while giving up just 15.8 points per game. In fact, only one team has scored over 10 points on the Vikings defense over the last five weeks. And all season only three teams scored over 17 points in a game against them. Minnesota's defense is well rested and they will be ready for the Saints in this one. The Vikings have gone 'under' in three straight games and five of seven. Four of New Orleans' last six road games have gone 'under' as well. I think that this game will be dominated by the defense and I don't see these teams combining for more than 40 points. Free UFC Fight Prediction From Raphael Esparza :
Take Jessica Eye (-110) over Kalindra Faria (7:30 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 14)
After you watch the NFL Playoffs on Sunday turn on FS1 to watch UFC Fight Night 124 in St. Louis, and this card has great value. Jessica 'Evil' Eye has fought some of the best women fighters in MMA and her experience will give her the "W" and snap her four-fight losing streak. Kalindra Faria lost her first UFC fight in the 1st round by submission and if she can't separate the pressure that Eye will being giving her Sunday night then I see another early loss for Faria. Give me UFC experience in this fight has Jessica Eye wins by submission.
