Louisiana U leaves the Deep South for a trip north to take on Ohio U at Athens. The Bobcats were slowed at Pittsburgh, who has a good defensive club, but has scored 71 points in their other two games. I don't see BYU knocking off Pac-12 programs in back-to-back weeks. They were lucky to win last week. BYU has now won back-to-back overtime games against shaky teams (Tennessee, USC), and I think that they are going to be a little emotionally and physically drained. Washington got back on track last week with a blowout win over Hawaii. They really should be 3-0, as that loss to Cal was a fluke. Washington has dominated this series in recent years, going 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings. I think the Huskies are the more talented team and that they will be a little fresher. Free College Football Prediction From Tony George :

Take Georgia (-13.5) over Notre Dame (8 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21)

Georgia is locked and loaded for another run in the SEC and a shot at the mighty Crimson Tide for an SEC Championship this season. This is the first true test for the Bulldogs, and they get the Irish between the hedges this Saturday Night. There sure is a lot of respect from oddsmakers for Georgia here. I think it is warranted. The only team they have played worth mentioning is 0-3 Vandy to open the season with a 30-6 win, but they have dominated teams they were supposed to. I also cannot make a case for Notre Dame in terms of playing anyone of stature this season either, but Notre Dame has quality athletes and no doubt are the stiffest test Georgia will face so far this season on a national TV game. There is zero doubt in my mind Georgia is the better team here, and they also have the better coach. Ian Book is solid QB for Notre Dame, and they will score here, but the big concern is the defensive line for Notre Dame, and they will be tested and beaten by the OL of Georgia and the potent running game as well. I think this is the difference in the game, and I cannot ignore the Irish giving up 5 yards a play to nobodies and RB Swift getting over 9 yards a carry YTD. Take Georgia. Take 'Under' 48.0 Detroit at Philadelphia (1 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 22)

The money is pouring in on the 'under' in this one, and I agree with this move. The Detroit Lions spent a lot of money in the off-season to improve their defense, and that's been the case so far this season as they have allowed just 18.5 points a game, including slowing down a strong LA Chargers offense last week as the Chargers put up just 10 points after scoring 20 points or more in every game last season. The Lions second-year head coach, Matt Patricia, is a former defensive coordinator who wants to play slower-paced, low-scoring games. The Philadelphia Eagles are dealing with a ton of injuries right now and could be down a couple of their wide receivers in this contest. Quarterback Carson Wentz also didn't look sharp last game and may not be 100% right now as the Eagles offense struggled to put points on the board against a below average Atlanta Falcons defense on Sunday night. This number has already dropped five points from its open. That is all to do with Drew Brees' injury. The Saints quarterback will miss the next six weeks, and that is going to have a big impact on this Saints offense. I think that they will run the ball even more than they have been, and that should lead to lower-scoring games. They scored only nine points against the Rams. They scored only three points in the first half of the opener against Houston. The Saints have struggled on offense, with or without Brees. The 'under' is 8-3 in New Orleans' last 11 games overall and is 4-0 in their last four road games. The 'under' is 3-0 in the last three meetings between these two teams, and the 'under' is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings. Seattle has a strong defense and powerful running game. Take 'Over' 44.5 Carolina at Arizona (4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 22)
