NFL Confidence Pool Picks Week 11
This past week in the NFL was super exciting to watch. I didn’t take many bets, so I got to be more of a fan than a businessman this past weekend. I couldn’t believe that Vikings game… it was absolutely amazing. Then the Cowboys game came right after, and it was a thriller. I couldn’t believe how the Cowboys let that game get away from them.
This week we have some great football games lined up. There are some pretty even matchups in which picking a winner is a bit difficult. However, I’m excited for this week. We are entering the second half of the season. This is the time of the year where games become intense, and every win is significant.
Furthermore, A new week of the NFL is in our near future. So, without further hesitation, here are our week 11 NFL confidence pool picks. As a reminder, these will be ranked from strongest to weakest. All picks are straight up and don’t involve the point spread, so these picks can be valuable for NFL survivor pools and moneyline betting.

Philadelphia Eagles (-295) over Indianapolis Colts: 14 Points
The Eagles are coming off a weekend where they just suffered an upset on Monday Night Football against their division rivals, the Commanders. This game was frustrating as the offense didn't get a chance to make much happen as they turned the ball over quite frequently throughout the game. Let's look for the Eagles to enter this matchup locked and loaded as they lost their first game of the season because they kept shooting themselves in the foot. The Eagles will come out on top against the Colts because they are by far the superior team and only last the last game because they beat themselves.
New York Giants (-156) over Detroit Lions: 13 Points
The Giants are playing the best brand of football that they have played since 2012. Let’s look for them to continue their hot streak as the offense has come together under Daniel Jones, Saquon Barkley, and the new coaching staff. The Giants also have a good defense that will be more than enough to handle the Lions here. Even though the Lions got some players back from the Injury list, the Giants are going to handle business as they have been doing this season at home, as they have only lost one game at MetLife this season.
San Francisco 49ers (-360) over Arizona Cardinals: 12 Points
Since the trade of Christian McCaffrey, the 49ers have been ballin’ out. I don't expect them to stop here as they encounter a Cardinals team with a subpar defense. The Cardinals defense is going to struggle to keep up with the offensive weapons that the 49ers have. Let's also take into consideration that Kyler Murray might sit this game out on Sunday as he is currently battling a hamstring injury. The odds are stacked against the Cardinals, and we will side with those odds and grab the 49ers here for the win.
Kansas City Chiefs (-295) over Los Angeles Chargers: 11 Points
The Chiefs haven’t missed a step this season, even with the loss of Tyreek Hill. This team has been playing great offense, and they should continue to do so this week. The Chargers have major injury concerns with multiple people at the wide receiver position missing this game. The loss of Keenan Allen and Mike Williams has been difficult, as it is almost impossible to replace their production on the field. The Chargers have been holding their ground so far scraping away wins even with the major injury concerns. In this game, those injuries are going to play a big part in them losing this game, as they will need all hands on deck. The Chiefs will walk away with this game.
Baltimore Ravens (-620) over Carolina Panthers: 10 Points
The Panthers are a mess of a football team, I had hoped for them to turn their season around when I saw PJ Walker have a great performance at the quarterback position. However, this week they are going up against Lamar Jackson, who is on a mission to prove that he deserves a big contract and that is still one of the top guys in the NFL. Unless there is an unexpected meltdown from the Ravens in this game, I don’t see how they lose. The Ravens will walk away with this game.
Washington Commanders (-164) over Houston Texans: 9 Points
Taylor Heinicke has been a gift for the Commanders. He is a decent quarterback with big play potential. Throughout the past couple of seasons, we have seen him rise to the occasion when needed. The Commanders are coming off a huge victory against the Eagles, who were undefeated heading into the matchup. Look for the Commanders to keep the upward momentum this week as they run into a Texans team that lacks the ability to score. The Commanders have very talented wide receivers and a talented backfield. Look for them to use those weapons to their advantage to come away with a victory this week.
Green Bay Packers (-168) over Tennessee Titans: 8 Points
The Green Bay Packers are a good football team when they play at Lambeau Field. I expect them to play just as well as they played last week against the Cowboys. It seems that Aaron Rodgers has been able to connect more frequently with his young wide receivers. The Packers have a good secondary and a solid front seven that can make plays on defense. If they are able to hold Derrick Henry from rushing for big plays, they will win this game easily. Let's look for the Titans to be a little fatigued from their ground-and-pound game on a short week as they suffer a loss to the Packers on Thursday Night Football.
New England Patriots (-164) over New York Jets: 7 Points
The Patriots are a different team when it comes to divisional rivalries. They play an elite level of defense when they are playing against teams in the AFC East. Let's look for them to continue their consistent play against the Jets. Bill Belichick will have a strong game plan for this Jets team that has been overachieving. The Patriots are one of the toughest teams to play at home, so let's look for the Jets to struggle as the Patriots rarely lose in Foxborough during divisional games. Also, Zach Wilson will struggle in this game as Belichick loves to dominate young opposing quarterbacks.
New Orleans Saints (-205) over Los Angeles Rams: 6 Points
The Rams are in more trouble than we thought, as not only they are going through it with a major Super Bowl hangover, but they also will have to deal with the loss of Cooper Kupp, who is undoubtedly the best wide receiver in the NFL at the moment. This is the perfect opportunity for the Saints, who have been showing progression in their play this season. Every week they seem to get a little bit better. I expect them to handle business this week at home, as they will match up against a Rams team that seems to have run out of hope. I’ll be extremely surprised if Matthew Stafford can make magic happen without his superman.
Chicago Bears (-166) over Atlanta Falcons: 5 Points
The Bears have been one of the most improved teams throughout the first half of the season. Justin Fields has found a groove for the offense, as they have been involved in high-scoring affairs lately. In the past four games, the Bears have scored over 30 points; let’s look for them to continue their offensive dominance against the Falcons, who allow an average of 25 ppg. With a few defensive stops which I believe the Bears will get against Marcus Mariota, they will come away with the win. This will be interesting to watch.
Denver Broncos (-148) over Las Vegas Raiders: 4 Points
Russell Wilson has returned for the Broncos, and he seems to have been playing more efficiently since his injury. It's going to be an ugly game due to how stingy the Bronco’s defense is, allowing only 16 ppg this season. The Raiders have already struggled to score and complete drives this year. If the Broncos get up a few scores, they will seal this game early. I am most certain that the Raiders will continue their struggles this week against a solid defense. All Wilson needs to do now is hit his targets, drive the ball down the field, and allow the offense to get into the end zone at least twice this game.
Minnesota Vikings (+106) over Dallas Cowboys: 3 Points
Now, this right here is the game of the week. I am extremely excited about this game as we will get to see two teams play a very competitive game of football. Both teams have great offenses that can put up points in a hurry, and good secondaries. Granted that Ezekiel Elliott plays this week, this will be a pretty even match-up. If he doesn't, the Vikings will have the upper hand as they will have less to worry about on defense. Let's look for Kirk Cousins and Justin Jefferson to continue the consistent play as the Vikings have made it known that they are one of the best teams in the NFL. There's no denying momentum, and the Vikings seem to be the team with the most momentum toward a playoff run heading into this week.
Cincinnati Bengals (-196) over Pittsburgh Steelers: 2 Points
The Cincinnati Bengals have been playing alright. They have been very underwhelming all season as expectations were set really high for them. In this game, I struggled to pick a winner, even though the Bengals are favored to win, because I can make an argument for the Steelers. The Steelers have nothing to lose this season, as they are playing with a young quarterback that they are looking to develop. The Steelers also have a very good defense, as they just got TJ Watt back. Everyone knows that the Bengals offensive line is horrible. So, if the Steelers can keep the pressure on Joe Burrow, they might be able to come out with a victory.
Buffalo Bills (-360) over Cleveland Browns: 1 Point
The Bills are taking the win in this game no doubt. This is a perfect bounce-back spot as they have struggled the previous two weeks. However, it will be a challenge as the Browns are strong on both sides of the ball. If Josh Allen can clean up his sloppy play from the previous weeks, they will come out victorious. This game is going to test what this Bills team is truly about. We will back Allen in this game, as he is arguably going to be the best player on that field this Sunday.
