Week 8 was a week of salvation for Jets fans as they grabbed a thrilling 39-38 victory from the Bengals, but it will likely be the week that costs them the first pick in the 2026 draft. Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers got to battle his executioner, Packers QB Jordan Love, and youth was served once again as Love went 29-37-360 and 3 TD tosses. The New York Giants were hit with the playoff version of Philly's RB Saquon Barkley, who rattled off 65 of his 150 rushing yards on the first play of the game, his longest touchdown run of the season. He added 4 receptions for 24 yards and a touchdown before he left the game with a groin injury.

We had a good, but not great, week's worth of results, going 10-3 for 79 points out of the possible 91. We lost 5 points with the Falcons, as Miami's defense looked like the "Killer B's" from the early 80s, 4 points with the 49ers, and 3 points on our long shot pick of New Orleans over Tampa Bay.
