Week 7 of NFL action has three basic strategy teasers on the board, with three 7.5-point favorites being teased down to the 1.5-pont mark. The teasers are two-team, six-point wagers that move certain spreads past the strongest NFL key numbers of three and seven. On the year the bet has struggled to become profitable, especially after last week's 0-3 record, but in general they are considered positive expected-value bets based on the math of moving those spreads around. Seattle Seahawks at St. Louis Rams

Line: Seahawks -7.5

Six-point teaser : Seahawks -1.5

Football fans love to panic and over exaggerate on a weekly basis. First it was with the demise of Green Bay and New England-who both happen to be 4-2-and now the panic has moved on to the Seahawks, who actually lost a game at home last Sunday. Yes, Seattle has not looked particularly great outside of its Week 1 thrashing of the Packers, but the team still has all the tools to be dominant as the season wears on.

Bettors might not want wager on the defending Super-Bowl champions after last week's debacle, but we should all realize who Seattle is playing-the St. Louis Rams. Expect this matchup to have a similar feel as last week's Monday night game between St. Louis and San Francisco. The Rams may come out strong and take an early lead, but expect Seattle to assert itself in the second half and win this game.

Atlanta Falcons at Baltimore Ravens

Line : Ravens -7.5

Six-point teaser : Ravens -1.5

Baltimore is coming off a 48-17 destruction of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Sunday. The Ravens rushed out to a 28-point first quarter and went into the half with a 38-0 lead. Joe Flacco had a monster day with five touchdowns and over 300 yards passing while quietly leading his team to a 4-2 record. Cincinnati and Cleveland are currently receiving most of the attention in the AFC North, but the division may have a new contender on its hands.

Atlanta has fallen to back to where most NFL experts expected them to be after starting out the year with a 2-1 record. The squad is coming off of three straight double-digit losses and is still winless on the road. This is a game where bettors shouldn't over think things. Baltimore is on a roll, while Atlanta is not-bet on the Ravens with a 1.5-point spread.

Carolina Panthers at Green Bay Packers

Line : Packers -7.5

Six-point teaser : Packers -1.5

Green Bay is another one of those squads that gamblers might be hesitant to wager on. The team started the season off on a bad note and may still be carrying that stigma amongst bettors. Aaron Rodgers and company needed a fake spike and last-second touchdown to earn a victory in Miami last week and may not be playing their best football.

Carolina, on the other hand, played Cincinnati to a tie last week and put up its second consecutive 30-point game. Neither team has been particularly consistent or impressive through the first seven weeks of the season, which makes this teaser feel like it can go either way, even though taking Green Bay is probably the smartest play to make.
