NFL Office Pool Picks Week 6 - ATS Predictions for Every Game!

All year long, Doc’s Sports will be providing free against the spread picks for all 272 regular season contests. We have churned out a consistently positive record over the last three seasons, but the job is far from finished. Last week, we went 8-6-1 on our picks to get us back in the win column. Staying at the top of your against the spread pools is never easy, as it takes an in-depth knowledge of the league that will not be determined by any single outcome. We have four teams on bye this week leaving us 14 games to comb over, so let’s dive right into the Week 6 NFL against the spread picks.
Doc’s Sports offers NFL expert picks for every game on our NFL predictions page.
Denver Broncos (+2.5) Over Seattle Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks are 3-2 heading into Week 6 with their two losses coming by a combined five points, and another close one is expected on Thursday night. The Broncos still aren’t getting the respect they deserve for a rock-solid defense combined with a budding offense, and this is a great spot to grab the points at home. Seattle’s running back issues are only getting worse with fumbles and injuries dominating the headlines, which means even a big game from Jaxon Smith-Njigba will not be enough. Broncos 23, Seahawks 20
Jacksonville Jaguars (-2.5) Over Houston Texans
This is a puzzling line. Jacksonville and Houston face off in London, which is technically a neutral site but definitely gives a small edge to the Jaguars, as they are used to playing overseas and the crowd will be in their favor. Jacksonville has looked great this year to sit on top of the AFC South, as Trevor Lawrence is balling while their defense has gotten the stops they need in pivotal moments. Meanwhile, the Texans just got their first win of the season against the 0-5 Titans, and I am not ready to buy into their lackluster offense until we see more from them against a legitimate team. I expected this line to be closer to a touchdown than a field goal, making this one of the top picks of the week. Jaguars 28, Texans 11
Baltimore Ravens (-4.5) Over Cleveland Browns
The Browns have a winning record, congratulations, but Baltimore is a legitimate Super Bowl contender and Cleveland is just happy to not be 0-5. The Browns have needed fourth quarter comebacks to win the three games they have so far, and that will not be easy against a punishing Ravens defense. Lamar Jackson is expected to be ready for this one, which makes this spread feel a bit soft in a crucial game for the Ravens. Ravens 27, Browns 20
Philadelphia Eagles (-1.5) Over Carolina Panthers
The Eagles blew a very late lead against Jacksonville last week, and they will not happen again here. Philadelphia has consistently found ways to stay competitive even when it looks like they are on the brink of disaster, and DeVonta Smith's probable return from injury will give them a much needed boost on offense. Carolin’s defense is a shell of the unit they were last year as the injuries continue to pile up, and even a bye week will not be enough to get everyone ready to go. The Eagles’ faithful will be loud for this one as it feels like a must win game, and they do just enough to prevail. Eagles 17, Panthers 13
Atlanta Falcons (+3) Over Chicago Bears
There are question marks around both teams for who will start at quarterback, as Michael Penix Jr. was knocked out of the Falcons Week 5 loss to Baltimore while Caleb Williams may be ready to make his return from the sidelines. Both of these teams have looked like Super Bowl contenders one week and bottom-feeders the next, which makes the points with the home team the way to go. Anything can happen here, and even though Chicago is the slightly better team, this spread is too hard to turn down. Bears 27, Falcons 26
New York Giants (+1.5) Over New Orleans Saints
The Giants are on top of the NFC East at 3-1-1, and would be 4-1 if it were not for three missed field goals against Washington. Meanwhile the Saints fell to 1-4 after another dismal showing, and a road game against a fired-up Giants side is not where they will get back on track. The Giants defense is a strong unit that will give a banged up Tyler Shough issues, while a composed Jameis Winston dials back the clock to extend their lead at the top of the division. Giants 30, Saints 17
New York Jets (+7.5) Over New England Patriots
The Jets are no longer a joke in the NFL, and a win here would go a long way towards making a potential playoff push. While an outright victory may be too much to ask, a strong defensive showing will keep this within one possession. New England put up a boatload of points last week to snap out of their offensive funk, but now Drake Maye faces his toughest test of the season in this matchup. Divisional games are often closer than expected, so we will plug our nose and scoop up the points. Patriots 14, Jets 10
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+2.5) Over Pittsburgh Steelers
Rookie Jalon Daniels got the first win of his career, and the first of the year for Tampa Bay last week, and there is value here with the home underdog. The Buccaneers have extra rest having played on Thursday last week, while the Steelers had to fight tooth and nail to edge past the Colts on Sunday. Aaron Rodgers looks poised in the pocket when he has time, but as soon as he is required to scramble, things go awry. When Tampa Bay sends the house at the future Hall of Famer, Rodgers will make a costly mistake that hands the Bucs a second straight win. Buccaneers 28, Steelers 25
Indianapolis Colts (-6.5) Over Tennessee Titans
The Titans are nearly in the same category as the Miami Dolphins as they can’t find any success on either side of the football. They got embarrassed by a previously winless Texans side at home last week, and now take on another division rival here. Indianapolis doesn’t have the best statistical record on defense, but a brutal schedule means they are actually better than they appear. Daniel Jones and the Colts have earned my trust to deliver against weaker teams over the last season and a half, and they get a massive double digit win to keep pace with the Jags. Colts 37, Titans 12
Arizona Cardinals (+12.5) Over Los Angeles Rams
The Rams special teams cost them against Buffalo, and while this will be smoother sailing against Arizona, this spread is a few points too wide. Arizona has dropped four straight, two of them being by more than 12 points, but they have looked marginally better than the final scores suggest. Jacoby Brissett is serviceable, and it is not as if the Rams defense is one of the best in the league. This one will stay close early on, the Rams will start to pull away, but a few crucial plays in the fourth will keep the Cardinals just close enough to get the cover. Rams 30, Cardinals 20
Buffalo Bills (-5.5) Over Las Vegas Raiders
Josh Allen is inevitable. The reigning MVP has put this team on his back time and time again, and allowed the Bills to overcome two turnovers to upset the Rams. The mirage that was the Las Vegas Raiders early in the season is starting to fade, and keeping up with a Super Bowl contender is a tall task. The Raiders underlying stats are still being propped up by their opening two victories against the 0-5 Dolphins and 0-5 Chargers, as this game will finally send them back down the power rankings to where they belong. Bills 32, Raiders 20
Los Angeles Chargers (+8.5) Over Kansas City Chiefs
This line is fishy, and we will scoop up the points on the spread. Kansas City is coming off their bye, they are undefeated, and have the benefit of playing at home for this one. However, with crucial games against the Seahawks and Broncos up next, they may take their foot off the gas if they find themselves up in the game late. Justin Herbert has looked terrible this year, which is a real shock to me, but with his back against the wall, he’ll make a few plays down the stretch to keep this close. I won’t call for the upset, but taking the points is the way to go. Chiefs 30, Chargers 27
Dallas Cowboys (+1.5) Over Green Bay Packers
I firmly believe the Cowboys deserve to be favored in this one, and we will take even a bit of insurance with the point spread. The Packers got back on track with a win against the Bears, but that looked more like Chicago crumbling than Green Bay thriving. This Cowboys offense is no joke, while it will take more than one strong showing from Jordan Love to justify a line like this. Dallas will outscore their defensive woes in a favorable matchup, ending with a minor upset on Sunday Night Football. Cowboys 45, Packers 32
Washington Commanders (+7.5) Over San Francisco 49ers
The Commanders threw the game away in overtime last week, but one thing is certain. If Jayden Daniels is healthy, Washington can compete with anyone in the league. After an injury-riddled start to the year for both of these teams, the injury reports are shrinking and this is an intriguing Monday night affair. The 49ers are one of three undefeated teams left this year, but that doesn’t mean they deserve a massive spread against an underrated Commanders side. San Francisco stays perfect, but Washington gets the cover. 49ers 27, Commanders 21
2026 Record: 35-42-2
Record over the last two seasons: 273-266-7
