I hate to do it. But I have to admit it. I was a sucker. I bought in to the belief that the Jets could stop being total-super-mega-hyper losers for like 15 minutes and be a competent NFL contestant. I bought into the belief that Aaron Rodgers wasn’t a washed-up toxic weirdo has-been underachiever and that he could provide baseline competence for a team that seemed to be a mediocre quarterback play away from being mediocre.
